For every 1000 hours worked you will be eligible for 3 days (24 hrs) paid vacation. Supervisor approval is required for all requested time off. You will be notified once you have reached 1000 hours or you can track your accumulated hours on your check stub each week.
After 2000 hours you will be PAID for 7 holidays, providing you are on an assignment the week of and week after the holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after and Christmas Day).
HJG is pleased to offer our employees health, life and dental/vision coverage. Benefits are available to employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week after 60 days of employment. Insurance information and options will be sent to you once you become eligible.
HJG offers a referral gift to current employees who refer a candidate we are able to place for a minimum of 80 consecutive hours. Please notify us if you have referred someone.
